Spike Albrecht lights up first half: Michigan vs. Louisville

Who expected the star of the first half to be Spike Albrecht from Michigan? Yeah that's what I thought. Spike dropped 17 points in the first half, shooting 6-7 from the field, including 4-4 from the 3 point line. The 5' 11", 170 lb. freshman guard played out of his mind, and it was clear Louisville had no game plan coming in to stop the undersized guard. Let's be honest, no one saw this coming. Averaging just 7.6 minutes and 1.8 points per game on the season, Spike stepped up at the right time, on the biggest stage. It goes to show, it takes an entire team to put together a winning team. Sometimes it's the most unlikely players that make the difference. We'll see if Albrecht and the Wolverines can keep up the tempo in the second half.

Stadium Seats for the Bleachers

Whether you're a parent that has one child in a spring sport, or multiple kids games to attend throughout the season, you might as well get comfortable in the stands. With baseball, softball, lacrosse and other sports season's getting underway, now is the perfect time to invest in the back saver that is the stadium seat. If you haven't already seen this chair in the stands, then I'll explain what makes it so great and why it's one of our best sellers.

First off, this chair is designed specifically for use on bleachers, which is why it's often referred to as a bleacher seat. Although, the chair legs (sold separately) can convert the seat into the perfect tailgating chair! The chair is built with a strong, tubular steel frame. With a powder coated finish, the steel won't wear and weather as quickly and you'll have a chair that will last a lifetime. The high quality canvas back and bottom are offered in a variety of colors, so you can mix and match to sport the team colors. Now, since you'll be using the chair outdoors, there's a good chance the canvas can get slightly dirty. Luckily, the canvas is easy to clean and mildew resistant. Underneath the seat is a Patented bungee system that may look complicated, but it sure does add to the comfort of the chair. Rubber non-slip skids and a bleacher hook keep your seat secure on the stands. With the specifics aside, the main reason parents and fans continue to purchase the stadium chair is for its exceptional comfort. You'll be thankful for a padded bottom and chair back when you're sitting for hours at the ball game!

The chair is available in a 17" or 20" wide version. Some people prefer the additional space for extra bleacher room or added comfort. The folding design makes it easy to carry and travel to the game with. New this year is the RealTree camo chair for outdoor enthusiasts. Don't suffer on the cold hard bleachers anymore!

MLB Jerseys for 2013 Baseball Season

With opening day just 3 days away, it's time to start thinking about baseball again! I was lucky enough to check out Phillies spring training this past month, so my brain is already on baseball. Spring is here, so it's time to dust off the glove, check out your favorite team's 162 game schedule, study the new roster, and make sure you're ready as a fan. Get excited because our selection of MLB jerseys is bigger than ever this season!

The rosters are all updated, so our any player customized replica and authentic jerseys allow you to select a jersey for any player from the team. We've added over 500 new player replica jerseys for all 30 teams! It's now easier to shop for blank, customized and personalized jerseys. For home replica jerseys, you'll see three options for men's, women's and youth jerseys. I'll use the new Houston Astros jersey as an example below.

From left to right, you see the standard blank replica, then the any player jersey where you customize with any player on the current roster, and finally the personalized jersey where you choose your own name and number.

Houston Astros Jerseys

Along with the standard home and road MLB jerseys, we offer fans batting practice and alternate jerseys. Check out the classic alternate Braves jersey worn for weekend home games or the Yankees batting practice jersey featuring moisture wicking cooling properties.

One of the questions we often hear from customers is, "what is the difference between replica and authentic baseball jerseys?" The main difference is the material of the jersey and the logos. The replica has sewn on printed tackle twill logos where as the authentic has sewn on tackle twill logos. It may not sound like a huge difference, but if you look close it's easy to see the high quality decoration on the authentic. Along with a chest logo, the authentic's have team sleeve logos (depending on the team), and the official MLB batter logo on the center back neck. The performance moisture wicking mesh polyester on the authentic is perfect for hot summer days. Players and fans will agree on this!

All of our jerseys are made by Majestic, the official uniform provider for Major League Baseball. Nothing matches the detail and quality of these jerseys.

Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl Gear

Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl XLVII Champs Mug Set

Congratulations to the Baltimore Ravens on their Super Bowl XLVII victory! It was a wild game with great intensity from both teams, memorable big plays, a comeback that fell short, questionable play calls, and of course the power outage delay. After all was said and done, it was calm and cool Joe Flacco that led the team and earned himself the Super Bowl MVP. We can't forget about Ray Lewis and the Ravens defense either, with a final goal line stand that sealed the win.

Ravens fans can shop our Super Bowl Gear selection and show off the their Raven's pride after a great season!

Jadeveon Clowney Hit of the Year

Jadeveon Clowney's huge hit and forced fumble on Michigan running back Vincent Smith. Easily the best hit of the year so far.
